Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual
discussion group
Marquette's
Gay Lesbian Bisexual (GLB) group is here to provide
support and create discussion for you. Our meetings
are safe, comfortable, and confidential.
Death in one's
family or among friends can be a devastating experience.
University Ministers are available to anyone from the
Marquette community who needs support following a death
or other loss. At times groups are formed to provide
additional support.
HAVEN is
a network of campus providers offering services and
support to those affected by sexual assault, dating
violence or stalking. Assistance following a violent
crime is available. Prevention-oriented peer education
programs are also offered.

An exciting new development! HAVEN is partnering with the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence through Catholic Charities Archdiocese New Orleans to help in the relief efforts in the Gulf Region. Interested? If you, or
someone you care about, is pregnant at Marquette, you
may be feeling lonely, afraid, or confused. It
may seem as if there is no one to talk to about all
the decisions you will need to be making and your choices
for the future. You may not be aware of what resources
are available to you.
L.A.P. provides a contact
of someone who is sensitive to your concerns and able to
provide some personal attention for you.
We all have
problems now and then. . .everything from roommate concerns
to family issues.
Confidential
post-abortion counseling or counseling for friends of
those who have had abortions.
A chance
to meet regularly in a one-on-one setting to discuss
faith and life.
A
chance to discuss life goals with a university minister.
