What does "Cadre" mean?

The Cadre includes active duty officers and enlisted staff who provide support to cadets. They manage recruiting, cadet operations and leadership development by exposing cadets to U.S. Air Force culture, discipline and traditions.  In addition, Cadre are the instructors for aerospace studies classes.
