"When I think of Marquette, the words that come to mind are friendship, faith, growing and learning. I chose to volunteer for the reunion because I have enjoyed reconnecting with Marquette over the past several years by being a part of the mentor program. I am also sharing this reunion with my dad who graduated from Marquette in 1968. He would play "Ring Out Ahoya" on the piano when we were growing up. His love for Marquette inspired me and my sister to attend school there as well!"

Daniel J. Stein, Arts ’98

"I am volunteering for the Marquette reunion because I see it as a great opportunity to give back to the outstanding institution that started my career. Marquette means more to me than just a great education; Marquette works to develop students to become well rounded human beings and not just someone who can do well on a test, because becoming a leader is so much more than that."

"I'm volunteering because I love Marquette. It was a tremendously important influence in my life, primarily during undergraduate years. I have given back sporadically over time, but believe it is important to contribute time to a very important and enjoyable event at a milestone 20th reunion."
