To provide a consistent hospitality experience for COBA guests, if you share your guest speaker information at least one week in advance, we can provide a gift and parking voucher for campus guests and a thank-you email from the Dean to on-campus and virtual guest speakers. Please use this form to submit guest speaker information.
Campus Guest Speaker Gift Pick-Up: Speaker gift packages will be ready by noon on the Friday prior to your presentation date. Please visit the GSM/Business Career Center greeting desk in DS 275 Monday-Friday between 7:15am and 4:30pm.
Additional Speakers: Communicate additions through the online form.
Changes or Cancellations: Please inform John Knapp of speaker changes or cancellations.
Presentation Follow-Up: Twice monthly, John will email faculty with presentations during the prior week to confirm that the presentation occurred and there weren’t any last-minute changes. This is necessary to prevent the Dean from sending thank-you emails to professionals who did not visit Marquette on the submitted date.
