Marquette University OSCM taught me the concept of "continuous Improvement" which is an ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes.

At this point in my life, continuous improvement is more than a supply chain concept. It is my way of life and can be applied to your jobs, relationships, health, finance, etc. Combine this with gratitude and you have the recipe for a happy and healthy life.

Connecting with the next generation, listening to what they're interested in, hearing about their goals/aspirations, and motivating them to get after it.
