4/23 – 4/26 Scholarship Week and Research Symposium

Scholarship Week celebrates the ongiong research and creative work conducted in our college, with speakers from our full breadth of subjects, including journalism, media studies, strategic communicaiton, communication studies and performing arts and digital media.

Events will take place throughout the week, including a brown bag lunch series and research symposium. We are fortunate this year to have David Brinker as our alumni speaker. David is the Senior Researcher at the Institute for Democracy and Higher Education. He is primarily responsible for conducting research on voting patterns among college students. 4/29 Marquette to Host Susan Page, Author of The Matriarch

Award-winning journalist and current USA Today Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page will discuss her new Barbara Bush biography The Matriarch at Marquette University on Monday, April 29, at 4 p.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union. Following the discussion, she will sign copies of her book, which will be available for purchase.
