You should self-quarantine for 14 days from the date of this exposure and get tested in 3-5 days. Please review the quarantine guidelines; to adequately quarantine you need a separate bedroom and bathroom from others. Please contact your residence hall or apartment director to arrange quarantine space. If you live in off-campus housing and cannot meet quarantine guidelines, you may contact Residence Life at 414-288-7208 to request quarantine space.
If you are taking in-person classes, please contact your instructors to arrange alternate assignments, if possible, during this quarantine period.
Please contact the Marquette University Medical Clinic COVID Help Line at 414-288-7184 to make an appointment for testing. Testing should occur 3- 5 days after your exposure. Please note that if your result is negative, you will still need to complete the 14-day quarantine.
Continue to complete the COVID Cheq tool every day. If you develop symptoms (runny nose, congestion, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, headache, body aches, fatigue, loss of sense of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea) during your quarantine, call the MU Medical Clinic (414-288-7184), your local health department or your primary care physician.
