Courtney joined the College of Education in August of 2015 as the Program Coordinator in the Hartman Center. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology, Training and Development from Northern Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Educational Studies from Ripon College.
Prior to coming to Marquette, Courtney served as a Resident Director at Northern Michigan University, a Director of Community Service and Leadership Development, and Hall Director at Carthage College, and most recently as a Group Facilitator at the Kenosha Public Museums.
