Adding a Calendar from Microsoft Outlook

  1. From your calendar, go to Add Calendar and select from Room List.
  2. Type in CO-024-MWC and select this calendar from the list. Then hit OK.
  3. CO-024 should now appear under Other Calendars on your calendar page.

Adding a Calendar via Outlook from Microsoft Office Online (https://outlook.office.com/owa/)

  1. Log into OWA.
  2. Open your calendar.
  3. On the left, right-click Your Calendars and select Open calendar.
  4. Under From directory:, enter CO-024-MWC. 
  5. Select CO-024-MWC from the list and click Open

Scheduling Your Workout

Scheduling the fitness room for your workout is just like sending a meeting invite. 

In Microsoft Outlook

  1. Select New Meeting in your calendar section
  2. Type the class you are going to do in the Title. For example type Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Latin Dance, Meditation, Tai Chi, Wildcard Workout, or just type Workout if you won't be using the Immersive Fitness System.
  3. Click on Location and type in CO-024-MWC. Then select it from the list and hit OK.
  4. Add in the dates and times for your workout.
  5. Send the meeting invite. You will get an email telling you whether or not your room request was accepted.

In Outlook from Microsoft Office Online (https://outlook.office.com/owa/)

  1. From your calendar, select New.
  2. Type in the title of the class you will be doing. For example type Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Latin Dance, Meditation, Tai Chi, Wildcard Workout, or just type Workout if you won't be using the Immersive Fitness System.
  3. In the location area, type in CO-024-MWC and select it from the list.
  4. Add in the dates and times for your workout.
  5. Send the meeting invite. You will get an email telling you whether or not your room request was accepted.
