Associate Director of Engineering and Innovation Leadership Development
In his role, Ben teaches leadership courses and provides individualized support to students across the university who participate in the Excellence in Leadership (E-Lead) program. His expertise in and passion for college student leadership development inspire him to create constructive and motivating learning experiences that encourage students to gain deeper self-awareness, develop clear visions of what could be within their organizations and communities, and take intentional steps and calculated risks to bring those visions into reality. Ben is also the Co-Principal Investigator of the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership, an international research program that seeks to understand the how colleges and universities influence students’ development of various leadership outcomes.
