Emerging Contaminants Short Course
The Opus College of Engineering will host the 2019 Emerging Contaminants in Water and Wastewater short course from Tuesday, Oct. 22 through Wednesday, Oct. 23 at Marquette University. Continuing education credits are available; 10 PDHs for Professional Engineering continuing education requirements or 1.0 Continuing Education Units.
Registration & Cost
Student registration = $50 (+$4.84 registration fee)
Student registration provides verified full-time college student attendees with access to all lectures and exhibitor space, lunches and a copy of all course handout material. The student's faculty advisers will be contacted to verify full-time enrollment in good standing. Please contact Dr. Patrick McNamara about student fellowships to cover registration cost.
Standard registration = $275.00 (+$17.39 registration fee)
Standard registration provides attendees with access to all lectures and exhibitor space, lunches and a copy of all course handout material. CSWEA members receive a 20% discount.
Exhibitor registration = $400.00 (+$24.35 registration fee)
This registration is for vendors and others interested in exhibiting their equipment and services in designated areas. Conference exhibitor registration provides one attendee with exhibitor space, access to all lectures and lunches, a copy of all course handout material, a five-foot standard table to display exhibits, and official recognition in course handout material as a course exhibitor.

Registration does not include lodging. All attendees must make lodging arrangements at the facility of their choice.
A limited block of rooms have been reserved at the Ambassador Hotel, located at 2308 W. Wisconsin Avenue, for $109 per night. Reservations can be made by calling (414) 345-5000 and stating you are with the Marquette University Emerging Contaminants Short Course block. Overnight hotel parking is $20 per night.
