How do I change my password?

Your Marqnet password gives you access to university systems such as eMarq email and the CheckMarq student information system.

To change your password, answer the following:

No Question/Heading Answers
1 Do you know your password?
(Or do you have an initial one-time password?)
2 Has your password expired?
3 Have you registered a phone number or secondary email address to recover your password?
4 Are you a...?
5 Answer: Use the password reset website. Here's how.

6 Answer: Call the IT Services Help Desk at (414) 288-7799. Once your identity is verified, you will receive a temporary password to regain access then change your password.

8 Have you registered a phone number or secondary email address for password recovery?
9 What kind of computer/device are you using?
10 Answer: While logged into Windows, press the CTRL-ALT-DELETE keys and change your password. Here's how.

Also, if you have not already, please register a phone number or secondary email address in case you forget your password or your password expires.

11 Answer: Login into Outlook on the Web and change your password. Here's how.
