Here's how to change your password that's not expired using eMarq/Outlook on the Web. If you have any questions, please contact the IT Services Help Desk at or (414) 288-7799.

Change a password via eMarq/Outlook on the Web

  1. If you are NOT using a mobile device to change your password, set your mobile devices to offline/airplane mode to temporarily disable network access.

This step will prevent these devices from locking your account as they attempt to connect to MU Secure or eMarq with an outdated password.
  2. If you use an email program such as Outlook, exit from it.
  3. Enter your email address and password.

  4. Click or tap Outlook.

  5. Once you are logged in to your account, on the top right, click or tap your initials or profile image (top right), then select View Account
  6. Select Password.
  7. The change password window will open.

    • Enter your current or "old" password.

Enter your old password as prompted
    • Enter your new password. Please note:

        • Numbers (0 through 9)
        • Non-alphabet characters, for example !,$,#,%
      • It must not include all or part of:
        • your username
