Important change to employee parking permit renewal process

To improve overall efficiency, Parking Services has made an important change to the employee parking renewal process. Effective immediately, employee parkers who wish to keep their existing parking location assignments will not be required to submit a renewal application. Those employees will be automatically re-registered for the lot or structure in which they currently park.

Employees who would like to change their parking assignment should simply email Parking Services to request a new lot or structure. Parking assignment changes will be considered in the same manner as in the past, and Parking Services cannot guarantee requested changes will be honored. These changes are new as of today, so employees are asked to disregard any previous emails from Parking Services from the past few weeks. Contact Parking Services with questions.

Employee permits will be mailed to the departments in mid-August to display on the vehicle for the 2018-2020 parking cycle.

The Parking Services office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
