Making tough decisions can be a challenge at any age. Providing students with a framework for making positive decisions and understanding their emotions will allow them to make smoother transitions in life and worry less about monumental decisions. These lessons give students effective tools for practicing their decision making skills, including thinking about big and small decisions, understanding their motivations, and effectively dealing with stress during critical decision making times.
