Many times, events in our lives happen that are outside of our control. All people can benefit from learning how to regulate their thoughts and emotions. Doing so can provide us with the vehicle to be able to think consciously about our behavioral responses. This will in turn lead to better outcomes during these situations. This lesson gives pragmatic tools to help students to break down their thoughts and emotions and be able to redirect their responses, leading to a more positive life.
