- Those invited to participate in finalist visits to submit feedback that will be reviewed by the search committee, Provost Ah Yun and President Lovell.

- Provost Ah Yun to meet with search committee to receive recommendations on finalists.

- Reference and background checks.

- Provost Ah Yun and President Lovell to extend offer to a finalist.

- First round interviews with search committee.

- Position Specification to be shared with college and broader university community and advertised in publications.

- Russell Reynolds Associates to use Position Specification to recruit candidates for position.

- Members of Marquette community encouraged to submit candidate nominations and referrals.

- Initial screening of candidates.

- Search committee to review candidate pool and provide counsel to Russell Reynolds Associates regarding the pool.

SPRING 2023

- Provost Kimo Ah Yun identifies search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to support Keyes Dean search.

- Provost Ah Yun meets with search committee and delivers charge.

- Russell Reynolds Associates prepares Position Specification with input solicited from search committee.

WINTER 2022/23

- Search for the next Keyes Dean of Business Administration extended.

FALL 2022

- Search committee to review candidate pool and provide counsel to Human Resources regarding the pool.

- Search committee to review candidate pool and identify semifinalists.

- Semifinalist interviews with search committee and Provost Ah Yun.

- Reference, background, and social media checks.
