M. Nitta

Morgan Nitta is a second-year graduate student in the clinical psychology doctoral program. Originally from Spokane, WA, she completed her undergraduate education at Regis University, in Denver, CO. Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Honors in Neuroscience in Spring of 2013.

Following graduation, Morgan worked at a trauma informed residential treatment center as an intervention specialist. Her work experience also includes her role as a neuropsychometrist at National Jewish Health, where she also assisted in the clinic’s research projects.

Currently, Morgan is the research assistant in Dr. Hoelzle’s Neuropsychology and Personality Lab. She is currently working on her Master’s thesis, which utilizes Item Response Theory to assess self-report measures of adult ADHD. Her clinical interests are primarily focused in neuropsychological assessment.

In her spare time, Morgan can be found playing with her dog--Glia, climbing, enjoying brunch, or all of the above.
