Indrani Thiruselvam graduated from Marquette University’s Clinical Psychology doctoral program in August 2015, after completing her dissertation on the application of item response theory to measures of verbal learning, and a clinical neuropsychology internship at the Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health System. She graduated from HELP University College and Upper Iowa University with a B.S. in Psychology and Management in 2006, and received her Master in Clinical Psychology from University of Northern Iowa in 2011. Her Master’s thesis was centered on the relationship between personality and risk-taking behaviors. Her experiences working in a psychology clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia piqued her interests in assessments. Specifically, she is interested in studying the psychometric properties of various neuropsychological, cognitive, and personality assessment instruments and investigating the applicability of these assessments across different population samples. Indrani is currently pursuing a clinical neuropsychology fellowship at West Virginia University School of Medicine. In her free time, Indrani enjoys cooking, watching soccer, and reading.
