Staff Sergeant Camren Smith is the NCOIC of Administrations for Air Force ROTC Detachment 930, at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is responsible for administrative actions for active duty Air Force members and Air Force ROTC cadets. He was assigned to AFROTC, Detachment 930 effective 1 June 2017.

Sergeant Smith completed Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas in September of 2008. During his 8-year career as an administration troop, he has served in various administrative support roles. He began his career at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska as a Knowledge Operations troop and would serve three deployments in support of the RJ-135 mission. He would then be reassigned to Osan AB, Korea as Knowledge Operations Manager for the 36th Fighter Squadron.

Directly following his tour in Osan, he was assigned to JBSA Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. He served as the NCOIC for Executive Services for AETC-HQ A4S Security Forces. Sergeant Smith would then transfer to AETC-HQ A6 Communications to serve as the NCOIC, Directors Action Group. He would also serve a 7 month tour in Kabul Afghanistan working as the Directorate NCIOC for Security Assistance Office.
