Sociology Faculty

The Sociology major consists of five full time faculty and several part time adjunct faculty members. Our full time faculty conduct research in a diverse array of fields including, families, social movements, religion, sports, work and occupations, sexuality, identity, qualitative research methods and gender. Dr. Dawne Moon, professor of sociology, gives a lecture on "Relating, "Knowing One" & Politics in the Church" during the Conference of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, Church of the Covenant, Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Richard Jones, Emeritus Professor of Sociology, delivers an acceptance speech for his Outstanding Teaching Award during 55th Pere Marquette dinner.
