Speech and Hearing Clinic Mission
The Marquette University Speech and Hearing Clinic (MUSHC) is committed to providing the highest quality services to the greater Milwaukee community, striving to reach those families who are in the greatest need.
The MUSHC evaluates and serves children and adults of all ages with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disorders as well as those who have suffered an illness or injury such as a stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc. All services at MUSHC are provided by undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology, under the direct supervision of clinical faculty who are licensed by the state of Wisconsin and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. These faculty members are well-respected clinicians with expertise across a wide range of specialties, making MUSHC services highly regarded in the community.
