Required Health and Safety Courses for Students

Marquette University has partnered with Vector Solutions Safe Colleges whose mission is to help students address critical life skills such as personal safety and well-being, alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, and sexual assault prevention in higher education institutions across the country.

 We ask that all first-year and transfer studentsto complete this important educational course. 

As individuals for and with others, we are called to take personal responsibility for our wellbeing and the wellbeing of others. The courses are two modules, alcohol and other drugs and sexual violence prevention, and will provide you with information to empower you to make well-informed decisions about life on campus, off campus, and in the greater community.   

The courses opens today, Monday, July 19, 2021, so please begin the course and complete prior to Wednesday,  August  25,  2021. 

NOTE: Failure to complete these courses will result in a registration hold.

Course Details

Alcohol and Other Drugs  — This course will empower you to make well-informed decisions about alcohol and other drugs and will help you to reflect on and consider college drinking related issues.
