Teaching Assistant Professor

Theology

Matthew Kemp received his PhD from Loyola University Chicago in 2020. He considers himself more of a generalist than a specialist, and so has taught and published on a wide array of topics. Currently, his research interests are in Trinitarian theology, ecclesiology, and historical theology (especially patristic, medieval, and 19th century Anglican). A priest in the Episcopal Church (Anglican Communion), he has served parishes in Wisconsin, Kansas, and Illinois.
