Master in Leadership Studies (MLS)

The master in leadership studies is a graduate degree program with a global focus designed to make you a better leader in any environment.

With a strong emphasis on ethics and leadership, the program is designed to help you lead with character wherever you go. You will be expected to demonstrate your competency in leadership practice by employing discernment to real life situations. You will learn to make tough choices about critical issues that today's leaders face in our global environment.

Marquette University also offers an on-campus and FULLY ONLINE graduate certificate in leadership studies.
