The focus of this course will be on the major tasks facing managers in business and non-business organizations. You will be provided with a unique assessment of your management competency. Results are presented in a comparison to over 80,000 practicing managers and supervisors (internationally).
The assessment provides information on your managerial style, communication style and personal style. It also includes special information to help you select future courses in the Certificate in Management Practices program.
Managerial Assessment of Proficiency is the recommended first course for the Certificate in Management Practices program. It is required for completion of the Certificate. The course will provide a tool for measuring your management skills, planning your course selections and demonstrating your progress through the Certificate.
