MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS & PRIORITIES      1.5 CEUs

Managers are being called upon to juggle a multitude of tasks simultaneously. Past jobs done by three people are now often required of only one person. This requires skills in multiple project management and discipline in overcoming older, less efficient habits.

Managing Multiple Projects and Priorities will help you understand how to manage your projects more efficiently and spot problems in your methods for getting things done. Most of us have learned that planning for projects is more than just making to-do lists. This course will help you: set priorities and know what to do once you have set them, take control of the piles of paper that slow project progress, gain insight into the important people skills necessary for project completion, balance quality with quantity, learn to distinguish between deadlines and DEADLINES, handle telephone calls and e-mail more quickly without being abrupt or rude, handle the unexpected walk-in visitor professionally, run efficient meetings and avoid unnecessary ones. You will develop a healthier attitude toward delegating to others and will finally gain greater control over your self, your projects, and your schedule.
