PROJECT MANAGEMENT II: MANAGEMENT &
TEAM BUILDING 1.5 CEUs
The process of rolling out projects is fairly straight forward. However, the most difficult part of a Project Manager's assignment is leading a diverse group of individuals who either don't want to leave their normal duties or have never met their new project team members. While suppliers, the weather, economic, political or technical issues are formidable challenges to any Project Manager, getting people to work, as a cohesive team is perhaps the most critical factor to succeeding. This seminar is higher interactive, hands-on event that will provide the participant with opportunities to practice what they are learning.
