PROJECT MANAGEMENT I: PLANNING,
SCHEDULING & CONTROL 1.5 CEUs
It is widely agreed that 80% of projects are delivered late and exceed their budgets. That is why it is so important that a Project Manager must know how to plan, organize, implement, terminate, and evaluate projects as well as staff and appraise the team. This session will address “soft and hard” issues that can help project managers and others responsible for projects successfully plan, organize and complete project assignments on times and within budget. This program is designed not only for people already in project management, but also for those who work with Project Managers, supervise projects or have an interest in working on projects.
