SAVING THE CORPORATE SOUL:     .75 CEUs

"If you think of vision and mission as an organization's head and heart, the values it holds are its soul."

- Making Common Sense Common Practice,

Buzotta et al, New Leaders Press

In our very diverse society, what is ethical varies by culture, belief system, and practice.  Defining the corporate ethics, hiring with those ethics in mind, training all employees in ethical decision making, and keeping the organization focused on the "true north" of its ethical compass are all crucial to saving the corporate soul.

Patricia Clason, Director of the Center for Creative Learning, has been teaching ethics for over twelve years, for licensed professional's continuing education as well as university graduate and undergraduate business classes.  She is certified to present the Ethical Type Indicator, developed by Louie Larimer, J.D., as well as other ethics and values assessments.
