Enroll in a Certificate Program

There are four easy ways to enroll in a Certificate Program (not including the Certificate in Financial Planning):

1. BY MAIL:
   Send your completed enrollment form to:

   College of Professional Studies
   Marquette University
   707 Building, 4th Floor
   P.O. Box 1881
   Milwaukee, WI 53201-1881

2. IN PERSON:
   Enrollment forms are accepted at the College of Professional Studies office located on the Marquette University campus at 707 N. 11th Street, 4th Floor. CPS office hours:

   Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
   Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
   Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

3. BY FAX:
   You may fax your enrollment form. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, (414) 288-3298. A Certificate Program representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your enrollment form and assist you in registering for courses.
   
   
4. ONLINE:
   Use our online form. A Certificate Program representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your enrollment form and assist you in registering for courses.

Enrollment for the Certificate in Financial Planning is NOT handled through Marquette University, but through the UFG Institute for Professional Education in Illinois at (630) 369-8003 or check their website at www.ufgedu.com.
