Continuing Education Units (CEUs) recognize and record the efforts of individuals who satisfactorily complete Marquette University's non-credit courses. CEUs awarded are indicated in each course description. One CEU = 10 classroom hours. Therefore .1 CEU = one hour.
back to topNo, students will be awarded CEUs through Letters of Completion distributed following the completion of each course. Regular attendance is an important factor in determining whether a student has satisfactorily completed a course. Students must attend 80% or more of the classroom time to receive a satisfactory rating and be awarded the corresponding CEUs. No partial CEUs are awarded.

back to topIn the event a student needs to cancel their registration for a course for which they are registered, they must contact the registration staff at (414) 288-3153. An administrative fee of $25 will be assessed for all cancellations. To receive a refund, less the $25 administrative fee, cancellations must be made no less than 3 days prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to or after the start of the course.
back to topPayment in full must be submitted at the time of registration for the registration to be processed. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, checks, and cash. We also accept purchase orders from businesses. The purchase order on company letterhead must be provided before the registration will be processed.
