How can I get more students to sign-up on my interview schedule?
The following are some suggestions:

• Establish an "open" schedule instead of a "pre-select" schedule, but continue to call and invite students to sign-up.
• Over invite. In other words, realize that the same students you like are probably being invited by other firms as well.
• Attend career fairs that are held on Marquette's campus prior to your interview date. Being on-campus often and having a strong presence makes a big difference.
• Re-consider GPA requirements if your company has a GPA policy.
