How do students get on my schedule when I didn't invite them or pre-select them for my interview visit?
Five business days before the scheduled visit, other qualified students are allowed to sign-up on the schedule, even if they aren't pre-selected. The rationale is that most employers would prefer to have a full schedule of students as opposed to having gaps in the interview schedule.
