A daily copy, or snapshot, of the Schedule of Classes, designed to easily find course information. The snapshot is only accurate at the time it was generated; it is not a real-time view of course information.

- CheckMarq Course Scheduling Policy Exception Form*
- CheckMarq Instructor/Adviser/TA and Other Role Maintenance Form
This form must be completed by a college or department when a new instructor, adviser, TA, or D2L facilitator is hired, or when the role of such a person has changed in CheckMarq. - Note: Signature of requestor is now required on the Instructor/Adviser/TA and Other Role Maintenance form. Primary Department(s) must also be indicated.
- FERPA Online Tutorial
This online tutorial must be completed by new instructors or other employees before they are given access to student data in CheckMarq. - Schedule of Classes Change Request Form*
Schedule builders in the academic departments must use this form to request changes to sections after the SOC building deadline has passed - Note: The Schedule of Classes Change Request form can be used to request a classroom for review sessions and final exam week if the instructor of the class wishes to offer the exam in a different classroom than the one in which the class itself is typically held.
- Schedule of Classes Instructor Change Form*
Schedule builders in the academic departments must use this form to make changes to instructors after the last date to withdraw from classes in a session.
- Schedule of Classes Review/Exam Room Request Form*
Faculty must use this form to request classroom space for review sessions, extra exam class rooms throughout the term and a larger/additional class room for final exams.
