- Checking out, renewing, returning library materials

- In Process - What does this mean?
- This means the book/DVD/CD was ordered but has not been cataloged yet. Request the item by submitting an In Process Request.
- Law Library - Can I check out books from the Law Library?
- Storage - What is this? Where is this? How do I get something from storage?
- Textbooks - Does the library have them?
- Search MARQCAT for books in the general collection. In general the library does not purchase textbooks.

Printing Questions
- Single-sided printing - How do I do this?
- Printwise for my laptop
- How can I add money to my Marquette card?
- Online: Use a credit/debit card to add money
- 1. Click on File, then Print.
- 2. In the popup box, click on Properties.
- 3. Click on the Finishing tab.
- 4. Click on the Print Style drop down menu and select 1-Sided Printing.

Technology Questions
- Can I access library databases from home?
- Digital cameras / laptops / video cameras - Does the library have any of these?
- Yes, these items are available for checkout. See the Digital Scholarship Lab desk on the lower level of Raynor. Check the list of available equipment here.
- Fax machine - Does the library have one?
- Faxing is available (and free!) from any Printwise printer on campus. This includes all library printers.
- The AMU Union Station has a traditional fax machine.
- Scanners - How do I scan something? Which computers have scanners?
- Use one of the Library's Printwise Printers to scan & email documents to yourself!
- Use a library scanner & Adobe Acrobat Pro to scan documents.
- Software - What software is installed on library computers?
- VPN - problems, questions
