AICPA Scholarship for Minority Accounting Students

Eligible applicants must be an underrepresented minority in the accounting profession, enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or a full-time graduate level student for the 2013-14 academic year and pursuing a degree in an "accounting-related" major. Applicants must be planning to pursue the CPA licensure but not presently be a CPA and have maintained an overall GPA of at least 3.3. Applicant must have completion of at least 30 semester hours of college coursework, including at least 6 semester hours in accounting, by the end of spring 2013. AICP student affiliate membership is required and can be done at the time of application.
