This is not a downloadable form.

The 2017-2018 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) was revised to make the form easier to complete and to improve the accuracy of the information provided on the form. Beginning with the 2017–18 FAFSA, students will be required to report income information from an earlier tax year. For example, on the 2017–18 FAFSA, students (and spouse, as appropriate) will report their 2015 income information, rather than their 2016 income information.

Student Information

If you are selected for Verification, Marquette University is required to confirm your tax information. We are no longer able to accept Federal Tax Returns (including 2015 IRS Form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) for this requirement. Instead, you must submit a signed copy of your 2015 Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript.

Spouse Information

If you are a married student who is selected for Verification, Marquette University is required to confirm your spouse's tax information. We are no longer able to accept Federal Tax Returns (including 2015 IRS Form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) for this requirement. Instead, your spouse must also submit a signed copy of his/her 2015 Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript.
