General Purpose Classroom Scheduling for Ad Hoc Events

Scheduling of classroom space for all ad hoc events is now handled by AMU Event Management.

To request classroom space for your ad hoc event, complete the Classroom Reservation Request Form available on the Event Management website. You will receive an acknowledgement of your request from Event Management after it is received.  Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Changes to existing ad hoc reservation can be requested with Annette Conrad at (414) 288-5684 or by e-mail at annette.conrad@marquette.edu.

Important Ad Hoc Dates to Remember

Future ad hoc requests can be made at any time, but will only be processed after the following dates:

  • Fall term requests: August 15
  • Spring term requests: December 15
  • Summer term requests: April 15

This timeline is necessary to ensure that all academic space needs can be satisfied before ad hoc requests are fulfilled.

Some exceptions to this timeline exist for summer programs (EOP and FFP), MU Preview, Orientation, Open House, and all other academic functions that occur only on Saturdays or Sundays during the term.  For these events, requests will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Fall term requests: Late March
  • Spring term requests: Mid-November
  • Summer Term Requests: Mid-February
