LOCK A ROOM
After locking your room choice, you have 20 minutes to complete the process of pulling in roommates and selecting meal plans. This should be plenty of time to complete the process. While you have the room locked, no other student can select this room.
You must first select a bed space for yourself. Click one of the check boxes in the 'I Want' column and confirm that you have a 'VALID' status. It does not matter which bed space you select.
After you have selected your bed space, you must enter your roommate(s) CheckMarq username - all lowercase - and their MUID to pull them in as roommates. Once this is completed and they show a 'Valid' status you can select the 'Pull In Roommate' link to continue.
If you no longer want this room, click the 'Show me Other Room' link to restart the search process.

CONFIRM ROOM ASSIGNMENT
Now you must assign your roommates to a specific bed space. Select a bed space for each roommate from the drown down list and click the 'Yes, We want this room' link to continue.
The next screen will show the room assignment you have selected for you and your roommates. Click 'Continue' to proceed to the meal plan selection process.
