diversity peer educators (DPE)

The Office of Residence Life is excited to expand our Diversity Peer Educator (DPE) program by adding an additional 3 positions for the 2013-2014 academic year.

The Diversity Peer Educator (DPE) is a student staff position within the Office of Residence Life that incorporates diversity initiatives in the residence halls by: acting as a catalyst for diversity dialogue; planning activities and events that educate on issues of diversity; building relationships that foster inclusivity and celebrate difference; and serving as a role model within the community.

Additionally, the DPE serves as a student advocate for residence hall students on issues of diversity.

Applications are due on Monday, February 18, 2013 by 4:30pm to the Office of Residence Life, Carpenter Tower 203.
