Apartment Amenities

Each of the university-owned apartments has the following amenities included in the rental price:

Basic cable (approximately 90 channels)

High-speed internet access

Most utilities (tenants pay electricity in Campus Town, Gilman and Frenn)

Laundry facilities are available in all buildings except the Frenn Building. Humphrey and Carmel laundry rooms accept Marquette Cash as a form of payment.
