Apartments Overview
UAOCSS manages six undergraduate university-owned properties in the Marquette neighborhood. These include Campus Town East, Campus Town West, Carmel Hall, Frenn Building, Gilman Building, and Humphrey Hall. Students may choose a twelve-month, academic year, or semester lease.
In addition, we coordinate the Global Village at Campus Town. This community for current Marquette student "Ambassadors" and new international exchange students began in 2002 in cooperation with the Office of International Programs and International Business Studies. With 22 Ambassadors and 34 exchange students, the community is a social and educational network for those interested in learning more about international cultures.
