Cluster hiring involves recruiting multiple scholars into one or more departments based on shared, interdisciplinary research interests. Beyond helping to establish Marquette’s REIS program, cluster hiring aims to advance faculty diversity, a key priority in the university’s strategic plan, Beyond Boundaries.
