Option 1: Take the #30 bus towards downtown. Disembark on 6th Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Transfer to the #80 bus towards App-Villard (north). After about 25 stops, disembark on Capitol Drive and head east. Messmer High School is located just east of Highway 43 on the corner of Capitol Drive and N. 7th Street.

Days/Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:00-4:30pm, Wednesday 2:15-3:30pm, and Saturday 9:30am-12:00pm
Description of Agency/Activities: Messmer High School is dedicated to serving a diverse, urban population and providing its students with an education that represents the school’s Catholic heritage.
Student Role in Agency:For the Messmer High School campus:
1. Assist instructors in providing individualized academic support to students participating in afterschool reading and math classes.
2. Tutor students in English, math and science.
3. Provide academic support to students attending Saturday LEADERS.
Commitment/Requirements: At least two hours a week for duration of the semester. Consistent weekly attendance is necessary at this site. Background checks are required.
