By car: Head west on Wisconsin Ave toward N. 12th Street. Turn right onto N. 12th St. Turn left onto W. Vilet St. Turn right onto N. 24th Street.

By bus: Walk 10 minutes or take a LIMO to 6th and Wisconsin. Take the #80 bus 11 stops to Highland & N. 24th Street. Walk 7 minutes.

Pieper-Hillside Club House

Address: 611 W. Cherry Street

Transportation:

By car: Head west on Wisconsin Ave toward N. 12th Street. Turn right onto N. 12th St. Turn right onto W. Wells Street. Turn left on N. 6th Street. Continue straight to stay on N. 6th Street. Turn Left onto W. Cherry Street.

By bus: Take the #31 bus 6 stops to N. 6th Street and Galena. Walk 2 minutes.

Siefert Elementary School Club House

Brown Street Academy Club House

Description of Agency/Activities: The Boys and Girls Club is a youth guidance organization offering positive and safe activities for children ages 6 - 18. The Boys and Girls Clubs exists to inspire and empower all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Student Role in Agency: The service learner is a role model for club members. The Boys and Girls Clubs are stressing homework help this semester. Service Learners will go to the site on a weekly basis to spend time with the kids and help them with reading or homework. Service Learners may also choose to work in the computer lab, art room, indoor games room, homework help, or play in the full-sized gym.
