It is prohibited under State law to sell or to serve alcohol to any person who is carrying a concealed weapon. 

No university employee, student, guest, contractor, contractor employee, or volunteer shall sell or serve alcohol to any person on university property or at a university event not on university property if the person knows or has reason to know that the person being provided the alcohol is carrying a concealed weapon, unless doing so would subject the person or others to the threat of physical harm. 

No other action may be taken by the university employee, student, guest, contractor, contractor employee, or volunteer except for timely reporting the possible presence of the weapon to the university's Department of Public Safety, unless doing so would subject the person or others to the threat of physical harm.

The university considers any violation of its weapons policy to be a serious matter.
