In 2011, Dr. Rebecca Nowacek, assistant professor of english won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2010, Deborah Crane, adjunct assistant professor in the Social and Cultural Sciences Department won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2009, Dr. Dennis Brylow, assistant professor of mathematics, statistics and computer science, won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2008, Dr. Kristen Foster, assistant professor of history, won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2007, Dr. Julius Ruff, professor of history, won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2006, Dr. Lawrence LeBlanc, professor of political science, won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2005, Dr. Kristy A. Nielson, associate professor of psychology, won the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Excellence in Advising Award.

In 2005, Anne M. Bartelt, administrative secretary in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Advising Center, won the Excellence in University Service Award.

In 1999, assistant dean Mary Minson won the National Academic Advising Association (NAAA) Outstanding Advisor Award, and in 2004 she won the Leadership Award from the Wisconsin Academic Advising Association.

In 1996, the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences Advising Center was awarded the Certificate of Merit Award for exemplary advising by the NAAA.
