Dr. Joseph Collins
Department of Physics
Dr. Collins has been privileged to be a member of the physics department since 1983. He enjoys assisted learning in the introductory physics courses and in the physics major courses. He also enjoys discussing the philosophy of science and looking at biological liquid crystals, also known as lipids which form biological membranes. Dr. Collins has hiked through almost all national forests and many state forests and has seen the beauty of nature.
