Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, healthy, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors to our campus. In fact, our mission is stated in three simple words---"Service, Pride, Quality".

This department is responsible for all the cleaning, maintenance and repair that takes place on campus.

If you have a service request or an emergency, please call our office at 414-288-7043 during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Emergency requests outside of this time period should be directed to Public Safety at 414-288-6800. You may also make a request for assistance using the Service Request Form.

Our administrative offices and shops are located in the Service Building with the entrance on the east side of the building. Specific service units are located in a variety of locations across the campus, with the primary location being the Service Building.
